Apparently he had one single ceramic tile.... he wanted to drill
a hole in it for some art project and actually bought a whole big
drill for that one single tile.
And as people pointed out to him, he could have just handed it
over to an art shop and gotten them to do it for him with much less
effort and at a much lower cost. 
I think VK has the details on this one.
i thought he has some drillings to do, so he was asking where
could he do it because he don't want to dirty his home and be so
noisy??
